Texera brings advanced wire guiding solutions to wire Düsseldorf

Among the Italian exhibitors at wire Düsseldorf, Texera will showcase its expertise in technical components for handling, guiding, and controlling metal wire. At stand 9/A54, the company will present a portfolio of engineered solutions designed to optimize wire sliding, enhance process stability, and increase production efficiency in the wire and tube industry.

In this interview, Texera outlines its experience at the trade fair and previews the technologies it will bring to Düsseldorf.

A strategic event for the wire and cable industry

How many years have you been participating in the fair?

We have been exhibiting at wire Düsseldorf for over a decade. Over the years, the event has become a key appointment in our international calendar and one of the main global hubs for the wire and cable industry. Our main objective is to meet new partners and strengthen our presence in the European market, as trade fairs like wire Düsseldorf offer concrete opportunities to build relationships and develop collaborations with industry players.

Technical components for wire sliding and control

Which products will you showcase?

We will present a range of components engineered to ensure smooth wire sliding and precise control across multiple industrial applications. Our portfolio includes pulleys, air wipes (blowers), guide bars, and wire guides, available in different geometries and manufactured from advanced technical ceramics such as zirconium oxide, aluminum oxide, titanium oxide, silicon nitride, and silicon carbide. These materials ensure high wear resistance, low friction coefficients, and extended service life in demanding production environments. We will also introduce sensors for wire detection, designed to improve process monitoring and increase line reliability. A key highlight of our range is silicon nitride pulleys, widely used in tube welding and bending applications, where high thermal resistance and mechanical strength are required.

What is your relationship with the German and European markets?

Germany represents a strategic market for us, alongside the broader European region. These markets are characterized by a strong industrial base and continuous demand for high-performance, reliable components for wire and tube processing.

With its portfolio of advanced components for wire guiding and control, Texera aims to leverage its presence at wire Düsseldorf to expand its network and further develop solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the wire processing industry.
