Aluminum or aluminum alloy unipolar wire

Tecalco is capable to provide aluminum and aluminum alloys wires having various diameters, in a round or trapezoidal shape. The wire is produced using two rod breakdown lines with slipped control (a 15 steps double-wire machine and a 6 steps single-wire machine) capable to process both aluminum and its alloys, with a decrease on the rod diameter from 12 mm up to 1,30 mm at a speed up to 30m/sec.
