Traxit Wire Lubrication is specialized in the production of dry drawing lubricants with different fat contents and additives suitable for different drawing applications.
The dry drawing lubricants are based on sodium, calcium, potassium, or their blends.
The performance of a lubricant is based on:
• Temperature stability
• Reduction of friction
• Flowing of the lube in the die box
• Absorption of some acid from the pickling process
• Absorption of some lime from coating process
• Low moisture absorption.
