The wide range of products and custom-made solutions commercialized by Traxit Wire Lubrication includes wet lubricants suitable for fine wire drawing and bright wire surfaces by multi pass drawing machines or single pass drafts.
Main applications are welding wire and chrome plating quality (CPQ).
Traxit Wire Lubrication wet lubricants can be used as a concentrate (especially for drawing stainless steel wire) or diluted in water.
The newest development for skin-pass drawing solid welding wire (coppered and none coppered wire) has huge advantages, especially very long life time.
All are based on vegetable oils and fats.
