Line components:

Extruder

ROEX Extruders are characterized by a high output with the best melt quality. The combination of barrel and screw design results in a great performance with perfect linearity - regardless of back pressure.
Novel features are the interchangeable feeding section, the dual wall air circulation system for cylinder zones, and the new maintenance-free compact drive system.
These systems are available in various designs.

Pay-off / Take-up

Rosendahl offers two models of winders for jacketing lines: floor- and portal-traversing, named AUF/RWT and RWH.
These systems can handle reels up to 20 tons with a flange diameter of max. 4000 mm.
All models are equipped with the latest technology with an operator-friendly design. Add-on equipment for detection of deviation, clamping, transport and cutting is also provided.

ROCA Caterpillar
