The evolution of induction heating at wire & Tube 2026: CEIA’s modular excellence

In the field of hot forming and heat treatment, energy efficiency and precise process control are key factors for keeping up in the sector. With over forty years of experience in induction technology, CEIA will showcase its latest advanced solutions at wire & Tube Düsseldorf. The new induction heating systems are engineered for seamless integration into a wide range of thermal processes, including forging, hardening, brazing, shrink fitting, and localized tempering.
Across its two exhibition areas (Hall 16, Stand G21 and Hall 6, Stand B16), visitors will be able to see CEIA generators fully integrated into automated work cells, highlighting their evolution from standalone units to central elements within the Smart Factory.
The new SA/400 series: unmatched flexibility
The main focus of the exhibition will be the new SA/400 generator range. Covering a broad frequency spectrum (from 100 to 400 kHz), these systems are designed around a highly modular concept. The SA/400 series is available with scalable power outputs from 12.5 kW to 100 kW and offers extremely flexible configurations:
- Single head: ideal for linear and compact processes;
- Double head (alternating or simultaneous): suited for complex thermal cycles across multiple stations.
Energy efficiency and “Dynamic” function
In response to increasingly volatile energy costs, CEIA sets new performance standards with efficiency levels exceeding 96%. However, the true innovation lies in the control software. The “Dynamic” function enables the generator to automatically adjust its internal parameters, continuously adapting the matching circuit to real-time load variations.
For the user, this translates into a significant reduction in machine setup time and optimized energy transfer, eliminating the inefficiencies typically associated with manual tuning.
Quality control and industry 4.0 integration
Process digitalization is ensured by an advanced electronic architecture. Each generator in the SA series features:
- an integrated data logger for full traceability of production parameters;
- a built-in web server for remote monitoring and predictive maintenance;
- extended connectivity, including fieldbus modules for integration into automated lines and standard Harting connectors for simplified I/O management.
The systems can be further enhanced with CEIA’s range of accessories, including high-precision optical pyrometers, thermal imaging cameras, and automatic brazing alloy feeders.
CEIA’s international team at the exhibition
In Düsseldorf, the technical expertise of CEIA Italy will be complemented by the local presence of CEIA Induktion Germany. This combined approach ensures high-level technical and commercial support, enabling visitors to assess their specific application requirements and identify tailored solutions for optimizing thermal processes.
