We mourn the loss of Giuseppe Vassena, founder of the drawing dies manufacturing company Vassena: "PINO" for everyone. 
Pino has been a major player in the world of wire in the last fifty years. His family business, located in the heart of the Italian production of wire, left a mark in the development of wire drawing, and accompanied its evolution till the present day. Thanks to its relentless pursuit of perfectionism, improvement of materials, development of new processes and technologies, and its almost total dedication to the wire industry, the Italian wire mills were able to improve and be competitive in an increasingly difficult market. We remember him as a true friend, an excellent technician, a tireless worker, and a disinterested bestower of advices for everyone. Thanks Pino, we will always remember you.
