Steel wire for compression springs

Compression springs are open-coil helical devices which absorb and store force when they are pushed together, and they release it when pulled apart. Despite being usually coiled at a constant diameter, they can be also coiled in a number of needed forms: conical, concave, convex, etc.

Drahtwerk Wagener draws steel wire for a variety of spring applications: the company’s product range is manufactured in full compliance with the DIN EN 10270-1 and the DIN 17223/1 regulations.

Upon customer request, Wagener can ship each product in many different packaging options, such as coils and spools.
