AITMAC, in collaboration with the Italian rolling cassettes expert Promills, supplies the US market with tungsten and steel carbide rolls designed for both smooth and ribbed wire.

The process of wire forming is to be performed with a step-by-step approach: therefore, several rolling sequences are available depending on the roll profile type (either symmetrical or asymmetrical).

Each roll features a rim on the outer diameter surface that will shape the section of wire that will pass under it. Every roll will then be anchored to a roll holder that will allow its rotation.
