Automatic plant for shredding and briquetting chips

Founded in 1992 by Mr. Giorgio Violi, Violi Srl is a company specializing in the design and development of machinery for goldsmithing, industrial and metal recovery sectors.

For the reduction and compression of chips deriving from turning/milling processes, the company offers the automatic plant for chip compacting and shredding mod. VM / CTAR0-01.

Specifically, the machine consists of a loading hopper (customizable on request) in which the material to be processed is inserted, and an internal shredder.

A conveyor belt feeds the hopper in a gradual and continuous way. Inside the machine, two augers push the material into the compaction chamber. The plant is also equipped with a liquid collection tank and a drain pump. Cycle management is carried out via PLC and chips detection sensor.

VM/CTAR0-01 is designed in compliance with the applicable European reference standards.
